Take for example, the feelings and experiences you are carrying right now at this present moment. Each new experience provides the seeds for a new "story." The possibilities for expressing this story are limitless. All we need is a sense of compassion and trust in ourselves and others. When we make decisions based on fear, doubt and uncertainty, we hide and tuck those feelings away because we aren't so sure what to do with them. But yet, those are the feelings that can also bring your greatest transformation.

Expressing these 'story seeds' during life's darkest moments can bring forth new possibilities in terms of nurturing your inner wealth. All we need is a sense of faith in our present moment. To materialize that inherent wealth of yourself in your story, use these tips as a guide:

1. Visualize your story touching the hearts of many. Chances are, what you are experiencing goes far deeper than what you ever imagined. Most likely there's a tribe waiting for you to take your story to higher heights. Give those members of your tribe guidance and hope that what they are experience will too, "come to pass." Consider keeping a journal to record your thoughts and reconnect to your moment of connection to yourself.


2. Keep the faith in your own journey. Faith that is powerful endures! Even when you feel like giving up, continue to believe in those "story" moments because they are all that you have. You don't need a super-hero story or a "kick-ass" story to recognize that you have the power to be spiritually and physically wealthy. Be your own catalyst for change!


3. Give voice to your story. As Deepak Chopra says, "we are social creatures, who thrive in community. Connecting with one another allows us to express our most heartfelt hopes and dreams and be of service to one another." By giving voice to your stories either online through social media networks or in front of a crowd, you automatically invite that sense of connection. There is a saying that people need stories more than food. Another way to look as your story as "wealthy" is to constantly remember how many people you have touched with your stories, not only by how many books or stories you sold.
